The Role

As a Telesales Agent, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our energy products and services, and guiding them through the sales process. This is a target-driven role where your communication skills, resilience, and enthusiasm will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers, both warm and cold leads
Clearly explain our energy offerings and identify the best solutions for each customer
Build rapport and trust with customers to encourage long-term relationships
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Accurately record customer information and feedback in our CRM system
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to improve performance and share best practices

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or a customer-facing sales role
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
A persuasive and confident telephone manner
Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure
Experience in the energy sector is desirable but not essential
