    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our clients dynamic office based team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to contribute to our sales goals. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.

    Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our offerings.

  • Utilise software to track interactions and manager customer information

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, adapting your approach based on customer responses.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies.

  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to enhance product offerings.

  • Assist in developing scripts and strategies for effective telemarketing campaigns.

    Experience

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is essential.

  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    Our client has a preference to take on candidates on a self employed basis however this can be discussed further at interview
