Our client is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company’s products. The successful candidate will display outstanding communication skills and a persuasive personality.

Duties for the Temporary Telesales Executive will include the following:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.

Present and promote products to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.

Maintain records of interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls to close sales.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively managed and converted.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and sales quotas.

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.

Gather feedback from clients and report findings to management.

The ideal candidate for the Temporary Telesales Executive will have the following:

Previous experience in Telesales or Telemarketing is essential.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

This is a fully office base position and the hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
