The Role

As Tenders Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by securing key contracts. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Tender Preparation & Submission – Analysing client specifications and preparing accurate, well-structured tenders, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
✅ Pricing & Strategy – Developing competitive pricing strategies to strengthen bid submissions.
✅ Compliance & Procurement – Ensuring all tender documents align with industry regulations and procurement standards.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to refine proposals and maximise success rates.
✅ Process & Documentation Management – Maintaining top-tier quality in all tender documents, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
