Mission:

As a UAV Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a vital bridge between our technical teams and customers. You will support the sales process by articulating the value of our technology, tailoring solutions to client needs, and ensuring our drone platforms and services meet operational and strategic requirements

What will be your responsibilities:


  • Act as a technical expert during the sales process, from lead qualification to proposal and contract negotiation
  • Analyse customer needs and design UAV solutions that align with operational requirements
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and demos to prospects and partners
  • Support the drafting of proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, and Operations teams
  • Participate in trade shows, demos, and field trials
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UAV regulations, capabilities, and market trends
  • Build long-term relationships with customers by providing technical support pre- and post-sale





Profile and requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role (UAV, aerospace, defense or robotics sector a plus)
  • Experience of crewed or uncrewed ISR operations
  • Strong understanding of UAV systems, ISR missions, sensors, mission software, and communications technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level. French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Location: Hybrid, Portugal (Lisbon or Caldas da Rainha), France (Toulouse), Spain (Madrid), UK (South West)
