At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a UK&I Sales/Partnerships Coordinator to work with a major client in the micromobility sector in Oxford. This role is on a rolling monthly contract with the potential to extend into a longer-term position.

As a UK&I Sales/Partnerships Coordinator, you will primarily be based in Oxford, with opportunities to support other UK&I markets outside of London, including Milton Keynes, Manchester, Nottingham, and Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of micromobility in the UK and Ireland.

Shift Pattern:

*Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

  • £13.00 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience) + monthly bonus

    Responsibilities of a UK&I Sales/Partnerships Coordinator:

    *Partnership Development - Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

    *Parking Strategy - Work with the local operations team to develop a parking strategy and create proposals for private and public parking options.

    *Relationship Management - Maintain and nurture existing partnerships while proactively seeking new partnership opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

    *Operational Support - Assist with operational compliance through brand-building activations and communications, including creating communication calendars, planning local events, capturing content, organising logistics, and brainstorming innovative engagement strategies.

    Requirements for a UK&I Sales/Partnerships Coordinator:

  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills

  • Strong negotiation and agreement structuring background

    *Ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners and key stakeholders

    *Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends when required
