To support in the resolution of historic and ongoing utility queries, to allow the migration of utility invoices from Qube to Dwellant.

MAIN DUTIES:

Working as part of the Purchase Ledger team to clear down historic and ongoing utility queries.
Main point of contact for the external utility broker – with regards outstanding queries on all accounts, providing meter reads etc.
Monthly review of query invoices received, to allow timely resolution.
Liaising with Estates teams to understand position on current dispute.
Monthly approval of utility invoices where external broker has confirmed they are correct.
Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates.
