Environment:  

  • Exceptional photography skills across multiple disciplines, including wildlife, landscape, and portrait photography. 

  • Passion for environmental conservation and a desire to use photography to tell the stories and drive positive impact. 

Impact 

  • A creative eye, with the ability to capture images and video that tell powerful stories. 

  • Proficiency in drone operation and aerial photography. 

  • Strong videography and video editing capabilities. 

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle diverse projects simultaneously. 

  • Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve or similar). 

Adventure  

  • Adaptability and willingness to travel CONSTANTLY most of the time to truly exciting remote locations but this will range from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands.  

Together 

  • Able to work well with a team, you And of course, you have to be really nice! Sharing snacks on long journeys or a packed lunch whilst out in the rain is mandatory!

  • Styles: Experience in timelapse, macro, or underwater photography. 

  • Social media: Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation. 

  • Storytelling: Knowledge of environmental storytelling and conservation communication. 

  • Videography: Experience creating and editing video content.  

 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

In this role, you will be a visual storyteller, capturing the essence of our work and the environments we aim to protect. Spanning Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands you will be tasked to capture both photo and video seasonal and conservation action content. Your photography and videography will be used across various platforms to engage, educate, and inspire our audiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Landscape Photography & Videography: 

  • Plan and execute photography and videography content across our growing portfolio of Estates, ensuring you capture seasonal content at each location and any conservation focused activities taking place.    

  • Capture high-quality content of landscapes, wildlife, and people in action. 

  • Operate drones to capture aerial footage and images. 

Content Creation: 

  • Edit images for the marketing team and support our video editor with content and needed for use across social media, presentations, publications, and other marketing materials. 

  • Support the marketing team to develop visual strategies and planning for online and offline campaigns.

Project Management: 

  • Coordinate and logistics for shoots, including travel, equipment, and permits, taking leadership of each shoot trip. 

  • Ensure all photographic equipment is maintained and ready for use.
