Area Director of Operations - Nurse Qualified

Salary: £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

We are seeking an experienced, nurse-qualified leader to join our senior management team as Area Director of Operations. This is a pivotal role overseeing a portfolio of care homes, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities for the Area Director of Operations 

Lead and support Home Managers across the region to deliver outstanding care.
Drive operational performance, quality improvement, and resident satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and professional development for teams.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives.


‍⚕️ Requirements for the Area Director of Operations 


Nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registration - desirable but not essential Proven track record in multi-site management within the care sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about delivering person-centred care and driving continuous improvement.
