Business Development Coordinator

Salary: £29,000 + £3000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 17.00 & Friday 08.30 - 16.00 (30 minute lunch)

Location: Rugby

Our client has been trading for over 45 years and is an expert in their field. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator to join a forward thinking and growing company.

Responsibilities: Business Development Coordinator

Maintain and develop existing business with Industrial customers, list will be supplied and reviewed every 6 months
Develop new end user and distributor business via enquiries and following up on quotations
Develop business with a targeted list of distributors such as Industrial distributors.
Report sales performance monthly to Regional Managers, reporting on North & South separately
Provide support and regular communication to Sales Office Manager and Customer services team
Arrange appointments on behalf of the Regional Sales Team where applicable
Promote product training on behalf of Regional Managers to Industrial Distributors where applicable
Take all incoming enquiries from your agreed customer base
Conduct outgoing calls as well as receiving incoming calls. Targets will be set for outgoing calls
Follow up on quotations generated by the sales department
Supply samples, literature and quotations to all potential customers and existing customers within your remit
Working to targets as set by Management team
Offer and arrange customer installation as and when required
Covering effectively and efficiently for absent colleagues, where necessary.Experience: Business Development Coordinator
