Area to be covered: National based Central

Remuneration: £45,000 - 50,000 + bonus tbc on experience

Benefits: hybrid company car & benefits package

The role of the Business Development Manager – Roofing Systems will involve:

  • Field sales position promoting a new manufactured range of roofing system

  • All of your time will be spent selling to and generating specifications with national & regional housebuilders / developers and architects

  • Already in bed with Taylor Wimpey

  • Will be expecting to conduct CPD seminars

  • Attend national tradeshows where required

  • Working closely with Key Account Manager

    The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Roofing Systems with:

  • Must have experience selling to national and regional housebuilders & developers

  • Ideally from the roofing sector or building envelope however would be open as long as you’ve sold to housebuilders

  • May consider a merchants or contractor route to market if you have roofing experience

  • Must have genuine business development and get up and go

  • Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals
