Are you an experienced Car Sales Executive looking for a new challenge within a top dealership?

Our client is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join their successful team.

This is a prime opportunity for a dedicated Car Sales Executive to leverage their skills and progress in a reputable environment.

Benefits:

Basic salary of £22,000 with uncapped earning potential exceeding £40,000 OTE

Five-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week

No Sunday working required

Work within a premium brand main car dealership setting

23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Engage effectively with customers to understand their needs and promote suitable vehicles

Lead the sales process from initial contact to finalising the sale

Develop strong relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Keep up-to-date with vehicle specifications, features, and current market trends

Complete all sales paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently

Demonstrate vehicles and facilitate test drives, ensuring a positive customer experience

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all timesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar motor trade sales role

Success in achieving and surpassing sales targets within a dealership environment

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Proactive attitude and strong desire to succeed

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Reside within 10 miles of Maidenhead or Slough
