Our client, a reputable and award-winning dealership within a leading motor group, is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join their busy dealership in Treforest.

This New Car Sales Executive role offers a fantastic opportunity for motivated sales professionals to develop their careers, benefit from excellent earning potential, and work within a vibrant team environment.

Benefits:

* Starting basic salary of £18,000 per annum

* Uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £45,800+ annually through a lucrative, accelerating commission scheme

* Enhanced holiday entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays, with in-lieu days for working bank holidays

* Opportunity to work with a well-established dealership group across multiple franchises

* No Sundays required; working hours Monday to Saturday with a day off every other week and a half-day every other week

Duties:

* Present and sell new vehicles, accessories, finance options, warranties, and related products

* Achieve and surpass sales targets in a fast-paced environment

* Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and professional presentation

* Keep customers informed about delivery schedules and manage any delays or queries proactively

* Collect payments and ensure smooth handover of new vehicles

* Introduce customers to service departments, explaining warranty and service arrangements, and demonstrating vehicle features

* Support after-sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a New Car Sales Executive, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership

* Strong record of achieving sales targets and closing deals effectively

* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills

* A passion for the motor trade and automotive industry

* Independent worker with proactive sales techniques

* UK driving licence with minimal points

* Reside within or near Treforest or within reasonable commuting distance for a New Car Sales Executive role
