The Company

This well-established and rapidly growing property services leader is making serious moves to enhance its environmental impact and sustainability performance. With a strong track record in SHEQ and a newly energised leadership team, the business is investing in people and processes to elevate its ESG commitments – starting with this critical hire.

The Role

Lead the implementation of environmental and sustainability strategy across multiple projects
Own ISO 14001 compliance and ensure MES requirements are met
Drive environmental audits across all sites – providing guidance and implementing changes
Be the internal subject matter expert – supporting and upskilling SHEQ teams on environmental aspects
Partner with project teams to promote best practice and compliance with environmental standards
Report directly to the SHEQ Director and influence business-wide initiatives The Person

Demonstrable experience in environmental and sustainability roles within property services, FM, construction, or infrastructure
Holds IEMA or equivalent environmental qualifications
Proven ability to implement positive change and influence stakeholders at all levels
Confident conducting audits, writing reports, and advising on strategic improvements
Exceptional soft skills – persuasive, diplomatic, and trustworthy
Happy to travel across the South East and beyond (80% of work is South East based) The Package

£55,000 - £65,000 base salary depending on experience
£5,500 annual car allowance
