We are currently working with a social housing contractor, who are actively looking to recruit a Head of Bid Management into their organisation on a permanent basis. The organisation are going through an exciting period of change and it is an excellent time to join them.

As Head of Bid Management, you will:

Lead and mentor a high-performing bid team across multiple disciplines.
Own the end-to-end bid process, from PQQ through to final submission and interview.
Develop win strategies that align with business goals and resonate with housing clients.
Collaborate closely with Directors, Commercial teams, and Delivery to ensure high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals.
Analyse and improve bid success rates, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
The Head of Bid Management will need:

A proven track record in leading successful bids—ideally within the social housing, construction, or property services sectors.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A commercially astute mindset with an eye for what wins work.
The ability to write, review, and influence persuasive, client-focused submissions.
Passion for social value and making a difference in communities.
