£26,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Level)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for both a Land Surveyor and a Senior Land Surveyor to join a reputable surveying consultancy based near Burton-on-Trent. With continued growth and a broad project portfolio, this role offers varied and engaging work across residential, commercial, industrial, MOD, and infrastructure sectors.

This is a site and office-based role, ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on surveying work and wish to develop their technical expertise using the latest tools and software including Leica and Faro scanners, AutoCAD, LSS, Cyclone and Cloudworx.

The Role:

  • Carrying out detailed topographic and measured building surveys

  • Producing accurate floor plans, elevations and sections

  • Using total stations and 3D laser scanners to capture precise data

  • Liaising with project teams to ensure quality and specification standards are met

  • Working across a range of environments and site conditions

    Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of land surveying experience (for junior role)

  • Familiarity with Leica equipment and software such as AutoCAD and LSS

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence
