Territory Sales Manager – Hospitals (South Central England)

Location: Berkshire, Oxford, Bucks, Beds, Northamptonshire, Surrey, Leicestershire, London (north, west & south west)

Basic salary £35,000 – £40,000 + open-ended commission (realistic OTE ~ £65,000)

Join a global leader in patient-handling solutions. Following a successful UK launch and strong year-on-year growth, they are expanding and need an energetic sales professional to accelerate momentum across South Central England (Leicestershire through Berkshire and North-West London).

What you’ll do

  • Own and grow your patch – develop a territory plan to win new NHS & private-hospital business while maximising existing accounts.

  • Build lasting relationships with Moving & Handling teams, Therapy, Procurement, Infection Control, Tissue Viability and Senior Nurses.

  • Exceed targets – earn uncapped commission with the backing of robust marketing, clinical and technical support.

  • Showcase life-changing products – deliver engaging demos, CPD sessions and conference exhibits for healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate – work closely with the wider patient-handling team and report directly to the National Sales Manager.

    What you’ll bring

  • Either 2-3 years’ success in medical, healthcare, capital equipment sales

  • OR with either a Clinical, Sports Science or Therapy Background

  • Confident presenter with persuasive negotiation and clear written & verbal communication.

  • Degree (BA/BSc) or sports-science background advantageous.

  • Excellent planning, time-management and territory-analysis skills.
