We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting our fast-paced, high-impact Flight Operations department. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to someone who thrives on variety, is okay if the plan has to change, has a solutions mindset and is focused on getting the detail right and the admin that goes with that!


Role ownership:

  • Booking of travel
  • Management of spend and purchase order process
  • Regular meetings with Flight Ops Managers to discuss and agree logistics
  • Ownership of Operations planner
  • Provide on the ground support during deployments, helping coordinate catering, fuel, transport, accommodation, PPE
  • Respond quickly and flexibly to last minute operational needs or changes
  • Management of staff movements, accommodation, annual leave, sickness, other leave, new starters and expenses
  • Liaising with Airfields and securing flying dates


What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a high paced administration role
  • Ability to work under pressure and with agility
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Can do attitude, resilience and solutions driven approach


This role is predominantly based in Fareham with some limited travel to support operations
