Position: Assistant Operations Manager – Geomatics
Industry: Engineering Services
Location: Full-time, On-site in Muscat, Oman
Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate

Role Overview:
In this exciting role, you will oversee geomatics operations such as surveying, aerial mapping, and bathymetry. You'll coordinate with field teams, manage timelines, ensure data accuracy, and provide technical support to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support daily geomatics operations
Coordinate field teams and logistics
Maintain high data accuracy standards
Oversee project timelines and deliverables
Apply geomatics and surveying practices to meet client needs
Deliver innovative, tailored solutions for complex engineering projects Qualifications:

Solid experience in Geomatics, Surveying, Aerial Mapping, and Bathymetry
Proficient in geomatics software and tools
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead and coordinate field teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with industry standards and regional regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, or a related field
Industry certifications are an added advantage
Prior experience in the Middle East region is a plus Offer Details:
