Residential Surveyor
Remoted based, covering the Nottingham area
£35,000 - £50,000 + Milage + Bonus + Yearly Salary Increases + Training

This is a great opportunity for a Residential Surveyor to join a bespoke and growing surveyor where you will get full autonomy on the role all whilst having the opportunity for further progression through training and financially through regular salary reviews.

Are you a Residential Surveyor with experience with Homebuyer level 2 surveys and are looking for a new opportunity? Do you want a role where you will have full autonomy on the role where you can manage your own workload?

This bespoke surveying company operates across the Midlands where they offer a variety of surveying services to a range of clients within the Residential and Commercial sectors. Offering services from level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and level 3 Building Surveys, Help to Buy Valuation surveys and drone services to help cater to any client needs. With their being an increase in workload within the Nottingham area there is now a great opportunity for a new member to join the team.

This role will be remote based with travel across the Nottingham area for the completion of both Homebuyer level 2 and Building level 3 surveys, as well as Help to Buy valuation surveys. Once surveys are completed you will be able to create detailed reports from home. Support will be on level 3 surveys and valuation will be given from day one if needed.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working on Homebuyer & Building surveys in the past, be happy to work in a small business with a close-knit team but also be happy to work autonomously once the initial training period is completed. You will be a good communicator that enjoys maintaining relationships with clients, whilst building relationships with new clients.

Residential Surveyor
Remote based with travel across Nottingham for the completion of Homebuyer level 2, level 3 Building surveys and Help to Buy Valuations
Creating detailed reports regarding survey findings

Experience in Homebuyer level 2 surveys is essential, with experience in level 3 Building surveys desirable
Great communication skill with the ability to present information and reports
Drivers license
Happy to work independently
