Are you a skilled RICS Level 2 or Level 3 Residential Surveyor looking to join a forward-thinking, tech-enabled surveying practice?

My client is an established and growing practice working across all of London, delivering high-quality Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys in full compliance with RICS Red Book standards.

Ideally, they are looking for Surveyors who can access North, East and West London.

Access to a car is important.

You will be supporting for the purpose of larger, older, or potentially problematic properties, including those with alterations or complex features.

What should the Residential Surveyor bring:

Associated with RICS in some way (AssocRICS, MRICS)
Experience in producing Level 2 & 3 surveys to a high standard
Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset
Familiarity with modern software tool's and a willingness to learn
Ideally 5+ years' experience delivering these surveys
Good access across North, West or East LondonSalary & Benefits:

£65,000 - £75,000 per annum + performance-based bonus
