Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Acquisition Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, customer growth, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll play a key part in delivering campaigns that attract and convert new customers, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, and supporting the Senior Customer Marketing Manager in driving acquisition strategy. 

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive in the Acquisition Team, you’ll be involved in: 

Paid Media: Managing and optimising paid digital channels including social media, PPC, display, and affiliates.  Agency & Partner Coordination: Supporting the management of marketing agencies and third-party suppliers, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.  Data & Reporting: Building reports and analysing performance data to inform strategy and business decisions and presenting insights to the team.  Content & Creative: Collaborating with editorial, design, and marketing teams to create and review content for paid campaigns.  Compliance & QA: Ensuring all marketing assets are signed off by compliance and key stakeholders.  Operational Support: Assisting with logistics such as artwork delivery and campaign setup.  Test & Learn: Identifying opportunities for campaign testing and optimisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (social, PPC, display, affiliates). Support the Senior Customer Marketing Manager in planning and executing acquisition campaigns. Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver campaign activity. Analyse campaign data and performance, and report insights to the team. Collaborate on content creation and creative review for paid campaigns. Ensure compliance sign-off for all assets. Assist with campaign logistics and operational tasks. Identify and implement test-and-learn opportunities.

Skills & Competencies 

2+ years’ experience in digital or growth marketing. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading. Knowledge of paid media channels and campaign management. Strong organisational and time management skills. Creative and curious mindset with a test-and-learn approach. Data-driven and analytical thinking. Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
