Job Title: Telesales Team Manager

Salary: £45,000 + Comms OTE £80,000 to £100,000

Location: Leicester City Centre

Our client is looking for an experienced Telesales Team Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of leading an outbound sales team from the front, training / coaching the team to achieve weekly & monthly targets.

Job Details

In this position, you'll take the helm of a dynamic team of outbound telesales agents, providing them with the necessary support and encouragement to not only meet but surpass their sales goals. You'll play a crucial role in their development through training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Inspire, lead, and energise a team of outbound telesales agents to reach and exceed their sales goals.

  • Deliver ongoing training and development initiatives to empower team members, nurturing a culture of continuous growth.

  • Play an active part in the recruitment and onboarding of new Telesales agents.

  • Track team performance metrics and offer valuable feedback and coaching to boost overall effectiveness.

  • Facilitate regular team meetings to align on targets, exchange best practices, and celebrate achievements.

  • Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure our sales strategies and objectives are in sync.

  • Foster a positive and dynamic work environment that promotes collaboration and drives productivity.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure that all performance and personnel management duties are in alignment, with assistance from our human resources team.
