The Opportunity
The business is seeking a driven and proactive Account Executive to join its high-performing Account Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, offering a wide range of finance products, and playing a key role in the company’s continued growth.
This role offers excellent earning potential, support from a dedicated sales support team, and the opportunity to progress into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture client relationships through telesales, social media, networking, and trade events
Present finance solutions across asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance
Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and supporting documentation
Prepare persuasive finance proposals and applications
Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance
Collaborate with peers and contribute to a positive team cultureCandidate Requirements

Must have previous client-facing sales experience, ideally in telesales
Experience within the financial services sector is essential, with a background at a finance broker highly desirable
A self-motivated, hardworking individual who takes pride in delivering results
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Committed to continuous learning, compliance, and best practices
Own transport preferred; no visa sponsorship or relocation offeredAdditional Information

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Commission structure: provided upon engagement
