Account Executive – £28K + Uncapped Commission – Office Based

Location: Paulerspury, Northamptonshire (NN12)

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 8:30am–5:00pm

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission 

We are seeking Account Executives to join a growing and collaborative team within the finance sector. This is a fully office-based position offering excellent earning potential, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities for progression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining client relationships via telesales, social media, events, and networking
Presenting a range of finance products: asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance
Analysing financial requirements and documentation
Preparing proposal documents and submitting persuasive applications
Supporting your colleagues and contributing to the wider team’s successWhat We’re Looking For:

A background in outbound sales or telesales is essential
Previous experience in the finance industry or with a finance broker is highly desirable
A proactive and hardworking approach
