The Opportunity
The business is seeking a driven and proactive Account Executive to join its high-performing Account Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, offering a wide range of finance products, and playing a key role in the company’s continued growth.
This role offers excellent earning potential, support from a dedicated sales support team, and the opportunity to progress into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture client relationships through telesales, social media, networking, and trade events
  • Present finance solutions across asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and supporting documentation
  • Prepare persuasive finance proposals and applications
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance
  • Collaborate with peers and contribute to a positive team culture
    Candidate Requirements
  • Must have previous client-facing sales experience, ideally in telesales
  • Experience within the financial services sector is essential, with a background at a finance broker highly desirable
  • A self-motivated, hardworking individual who takes pride in delivering results
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • Committed to continuous learning, compliance, and best practices
  • Own transport preferred; no visa sponsorship or relocation offered

  • Salary: £28,000 per annum
