Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings and value proposition.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Utilise Salesforce software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards business development goals.

    Skills

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive presentations.

  • Previous relevant sales experience in the IT industry (2-3 yrs)

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
