This role also involves seeking new business prospects, so you’ll have the chance to drive customer acquisition and expand the client base.

Proven track record as an Account Manager in the IT industry, specifically within an MSP/VAR environment.
Deep understanding of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and managed services.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed client expectations.
