    Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with an established network of System Integrator partners and actively seek new sales channels.

  • Technical Training & Support: Provide comprehensive technical training and sales support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote the company’s solutions.

  • Business Development: Formulate and execute robust business strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets, while on-boarding end users within the Higher Education and Corporate sectors.

  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales, track performance, and provide insights at regular sales meetings.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to sales management and the wider business.

  • Administration: Efficiently complete all administrative tasks and maintain accurate records within the CRM system (Salesforce).

    Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven success in a hybrid business development and account management role, ideally within the AV sector.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to present and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, from Technical Engineers to C-level executives.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused technical solutions.- Self-motivated with a desire to surpass targets.

  • Flexible and proactive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.

  • Full UK driving licence.
