Vision Personnel are looking for an Administrator for an exciting rapidly growing construction maintenance contractor.
KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to handle difficult phone conversations with clients and tenants.
  • Able to prioritize heavy workload.
  • Proficient in using computer (Microsoft office)
  • Confident and persuasive communicator and being able to use your own initiative.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    THE CANDIDATE:
  • Admin and / or Customer Service experience
  • Proven track record of a committed working history in this field is desirable.
  • Comfortable working within a construction biased industry.
  • Looking for long term employment
    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    In addition to the functions detailed below, employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required. In addition, key objectives and targets will be set/established and agreed on appointment.
    • Liaising with customers and booking in works.
    • Time-sheet management, diary scheduling for operatives.
    • Managing of the daily inboxes
    • Uploading company portals – with Photos and backup of jobs completed.
    • Completing and managing operatives requirements.
    • Assisting in the completion of Client audits, reports and queries.
    • Managing busy phone line both inbound and outbound.
    • Ensure GDPR regulations are always complied with.
    • Keep up to date with new developments and maintain knowledge of the construction industry.
    • Stationery – keep updated.
    • Meet individual set targets and objectives.
    • General upkeep of the office.
    • Other ad hoc tasks including but not limited to: Filing, assisting consultants, covering colleagues work load whilst they are on leave.
