WORKING HOURS – Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730

SALARY – £24,000 - £25,000

CONTRACT – Full-time - 6 Month Contract

To investigate and extrapolate data from contractor service records to ensure that statutory assets are recorded alongside the last service date and proposed service date; additionally to assist in the extrapolation of data to prepare the residents portal for use and publication. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Working as part of the Operations team to obtain specific dates of last service inspections, this will involve searching through folders, spreadsheets, interrogating documents and occasionally contacting contractors where necessary.
Evidence of last service, typically a service sheet, should be saved to support historic service date and validate the setting of proposed date.
Data gathered will be compared to existing asset data to establish gaps.
Liaising with operational teams to understand position on questionable data.
Checking over templates populated by the Operations team and sense checking for formatting and other errors before uploading to aid consistency.Undertake other general duties as required from time to time to assist in the success of Premier Estates
