Are you the right person for the job

2-3 years experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or related industry
Proven success in consultative solution-based selling
Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills – able to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Tech-savvy and quick to learn – able to grasp new concepts and keep up with the latest digital marketing trends
A team player who is energised, a self-starter, and ambitious
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
Based in or within reasonable commuting distance of East Lancashire

What will your role look like

Professionally manage and convert inbound sales leads generated by the marketing team
Follow the company’s proven sales process from initial contact through to closing
Engage with prospective clients in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and aligning our services with their growth objectives
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our client’s solutions
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to ensure your sales strategies align with the overall business objectives
