Business Development Manager - £30,000-£35,000 + Commission | Manchester | Full-Time

Are you a strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and growth? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and help shape the future of our business.

Reporting to: Head of Sales

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy-identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue. This is a field-based role offering autonomy and the chance to shape your own pipeline and success.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital prospecting tools
Ideal for individuals who are young, hungry, and eager to expand their knowledge in the industry

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations
Negotiate and close deals aligned with client needs and company goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
