Business Development Manager – SaaS
Fully Remote
£33,000 - £36,000 Commission

Do you want full control of your sales cycle—with a pipeline that’s already warm?
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a fast-growing SaaS company that’s generating high-quality inbound interest. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take qualified leads, run the discovery, deliver tailored demos, and close deals confidently.

If you're commercially sharp, a strong communicator, and comfortable working remotely with autonomy, this is an opportunity to thrive in a results-driven, supportive environment.

The role:
Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to close

Work from a consistent stream of marketing-qualified warm leads

Run consultative discovery calls to uncover needs and align solutions

Deliver engaging product demos (remote and occasional in-person)

Build tailored proposals and handle commercial negotiations

Manage your pipeline with accuracy—using CRM for forecasting and follow-up

Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction

Maintain momentum and pace across your active deals

The candidate:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or digital products however this isn't compulsary

Confident running the entire sales cycle independently

Skilled in delivering persuasive product demonstrations

A strong closer with commercial awareness and negotiation ability

Motivated by targets, with a structured and proactive approach

Creative problem solver who brings fresh thinking to challenges

Strong communicator—written, verbal, and visual

Comfortable working remotely while staying self-driven and accountable

In return:
up to £36,000 base salary

Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £60k

80% of leads are warm – no heavy cold calling

Fully remote working with flexibility
