We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
• Maintain an organised sales environment by managing inventory and keeping the showroom tidy.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business.
• Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s purchasing experience.
• Utilise sales management software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during the sales process.

Skills
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
• Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in using sales software to manage customer relationships and track performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
