We’re on the hunt for a talented Client Relationship Manager to join a vibrant and ambitious team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, driving upsell opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of valued B2B clients.

  • Build lasting relationships via phone and email, responding to queries and solving issues quickly and professionally.

  • Use your upselling skills to recommend additional products and services that genuinely benefit the customer.

  • Manage complaints with care, providing fast, effective resolutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless customer experience.

    What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year in a client-facing sales or account management role.

  • Demonstrated success managing business accounts and delivering upsell results.

  • Clear, confident, and persuasive—both spoken and written.
