We are working closely with a loyal client in looking for a Commercial Administrator to work alongside the sales team. This role will be working on existing sales leads and a database of clients and setting appointments for the sales team to follow up with at the meetings you will have booked.

Ideally we are looking for the successful candidate to have the following attributes and experience:

Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role with Admin or sales
Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
GCSE's or equivalent
Strong Administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft OfficeResponsibilities:

Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services
Schedule consultations between the prospective client and the Commercial Manager or Sales Team
Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
