Direct Sales Agent - Retention Team | No Cold Calling, Just Warm Leads!

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (No weekends)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000-£25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000-£40,000)

Looking to build your career in sales without the hassle of cold calling? This well-established automotive organisation is looking for talented Telesales professionals to join its Retention Team-engaging warm leads and existing customers in a supportive, target-driven environment.

No cold calling-speak with customers who have already shown interest

Straightforward sales process-renewals & inbound inquiries

Uncapped commission-earn up to £40,000 OTE

Your Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers to renew their car warranty products

Engage with warm leads identified from customer data

Handle inbound calls from customers interested in warranty products

Explain product benefits, terms, and coverage options clearly

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Meet and exceed individual sales targets

Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the CRM system

Take part in ongoing product training to refine sales techniques

Who Thrives in This Role:

Experienced telesales professionals-at least some background in phone-based sales

Motor trade experience is advantageous but not required

Confident and professional communicator with a persuasive approach

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities

Self-motivated and results-driven-thrives in a target-driven role

What's on Offer:

Base salary £24,000-£25,000

Uncapped commission (up to £10 per sale)

OTE £30,000-£40,000 based on performance
