As part of our continued growth, we are looking for ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic sales team as a Trainee Broker.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting entry-level role offering full training, strong earning potential, and a fast track to career development. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, introducing our services or products, and generating qualified leads or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers using targeted call lists.

Promote and explain products/services clearly and confidently.

Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.

Overcome objections and convert conversations into leads or sales.

Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
