Role Overview:

This is an exciting entry-level role offering full training, strong earning potential, and a fast track to career development. You’ll be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, introducing our services or products, and generating qualified leads or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers using targeted call lists.

Promote and explain products/services clearly and confidently.

Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.

Overcome objections and convert conversations into leads or sales.

Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

*

Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Attend regular sales training and team meetings to improve skills and performance.

Telesales experience required – full training provided.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.

Confident communicator with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.

Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.

Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
