Key Responsibilities:

Develop meticulous and competitive cost estimates for a variety of commercial projects.
Analyse complex tender documents and specifications to identify key cost drivers.
Negotiate and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to secure the best value.
Maintain and develop a comprehensive cost database for future projects.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential cost risks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices.
