Our client is a leader in the Events & Exhibition industry, They deliver high-end projects on behalf of premium and luxury global brands, always striving to surpass client expectations. As part of their ambitious growth, our client is looking for an experienced CAD Designer, with experience in retail / events / exhibitions sector to join the dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Thorough knowledge of bespoke retail and or event production

  • Extensive experience in successfully producing detailed technical drawings.

  • Excellent design skills with attention to detail.

  • Technical background with extensive knowledge of production and construction.

  • An ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously (independently and as part of a team) ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines met.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well (verbally and in writing) with sub-contractors, clients, partners, suppliers, and colleagues, across various locations and at all levels within these organisations.

  • Up to date knowledge of trends, technology, materials, finishes, manufacturing methods etc.

  • The ability to multitask and to work under pressure; always maintaining a cool head.

  • Flexible, with a positive outlook and attitude.

  • A University Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject and familiarity with various CAD software programmes (e.g. AutoCAD, Solidworks, Vectorworks etc.)
