These treatments are available in over 100 countries and cater to healthcare and beauty professionals. We aim to increase our market share in the UK by recruiting additional Business Development Executives to cover territories in London and the South of England. Reporting directly to the UK Country Manager, you will execute a strategic business development plan targeting beauty industry professionals.
Essential Responsibilities
• Identify new business prospects and schedule appointments with premium beauty salons, consultants & clinics and any other relevant prospects.
• Deliver persuasive business presentations and successfully close deals.
• Collaborate with finance partners to secure leasing arrangements.
• Coordinate the installation of devices and organise customer training sessions.
• Provide comprehensive after-sales support as needed.
• Create additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
• Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated and fully utilised to maintain an effective sales pipeline.
• Take ownership of your territory and manage it effectively to maximise sales opportunities.
• Enhance relationships with the existing customer base to strengthen and expand business.
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry trade fairs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Qualifications & Characteristics
• Proven experience in B2B sales, including lead generation and target achievement.
• Experience in cold calling to generate leads.
• Positive and outgoing persona, coupled with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive, influential approach.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, resilient, and hardworking.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Business-level English proficiency.
