International Property Consultants looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive with a variety of experience!

Role:

To promote the international property consultancy, LH1 Global, and the developments that we market across Social Media, Websites, Email campaigns and various digital and hard-copy media.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribution to website design and management including individual development landing pages
  2. The creation of marketing content with assistance from the Business Development & Sales Teams
  3. Promotion of the brand via Social Media including ownership and development of our existing LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok channels
  4. Designing and executing Mailchimp & EDM campaigns
  5. Basic reporting of Viewing Performance/Content Analysis to assist in influencing financial control in terms of budget vs effectiveness
  6. Setting up Webinars and publishing video content to YouTube and other channels
  7. Branding/Internal improvements to current literature and media.

About You:

You will succeed in this role if you're highly creative, a trend-setter and can help others visualise the end product. You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to new technology and are not afraid to explore avenues to get the best out of the raw material you are provided with. You can take the lead within your role and are ambitious to grow with the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe, Canva and any other relevant programmes required to action the role.
  2. You thrive in fast-paced and professional environments
  3. You are fast thinking, creative and full of positive energy with a vibrant personality
  4. Whilst juggling various priorities and projects, you can maintain an incredibly high standard of work
  5. You are highly proficient with most forms of Social Media with a proven track record of success
  6. You have a good grasp of English, particularly with regards to the written word
  7. Able to deal with highly confidential information due to the nature of the role
  8. Able to take ownership of a task and work to tight deadlines
  9. Super-efficient and well organised
  10. Hawk's eye for detail and accuracy

Desirable Experience:

  1. Working within the property industry
  2. Drone operation
  3. Video editing
  4. Photography
  5. Driving Licence
