We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our growing team. This is a customer-facing role where you will act as the main representative for individuals and families searching for their new home. Your priority will be to deliver a positive, informed and supportive experience while guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving new home sales across our developments, ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. You will actively generate, nurture, and follow up enquiries, convert leads into completions, and build strong long-term relationships with prospective buyers. Attention to detail will also be required in maintaining and presenting our show homes and marketing suites to the highest standards, reflecting the quality of our developments.

Key Responsibilities



Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to home handover.

Proactively achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

*

Conduct viewings, demonstrations and guided tours of show homes and sales areas.

*

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

*

Ensure show homes, sales offices and unoccupied properties are always presented in immaculate condition.

*

Build and sustain positive relationships with potential buyers, existing customers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold our values of teamwork, integrity and clear communication.

Skills and Experience

*

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in new homes sales or a similar residential property role.

*

Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.

*

Confident negotiator with strong influencing skills.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and comfortable working with CRM or database systems.

*

Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, professional, and attentive customer care.

*

Resilient under pressure, able to prioritise and manage multiple demands effectively.

Permanent position working Thursday to Monday, 9:45am – 5:15pm.
