Full Site Based/Hybrid/Remote Working: Fully on site
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Ability to gain SC Clearance
  
• Civil/Construction Background
  
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project to build realistic timelines and allocate resources efficiently
  
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast costs, and handle financial reporting
  
• Ability in identifying potential issues early and creating mitigation plans
  
• Strong team management skills
  
• Stakeholder management skills
  
• Understanding construction laws, permits, and regulations
  
• Competent at problem solving & decision making
  
• Familiarity with modern construction tech like BIM (Building Information Modelling), drone surveying, or AI-powered analytics.
