Role Overview:
As a recruitment consultant, your primary responsibility will be to source, qualify, and manage candidates for various live roles.   • Conduct a thorough screening of candidates to match them to appropriate job roles.
  • Qualify and present shortlisted candidates based on detailed client job specifications.
  • Monitor and streamline the application process to ensure efficient handling of candidate submissions.
  • Initiate and cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage general administrative tasks and documentation related to recruitment.
  • Proactively identify and assess new candidate pools and client opportunities.
  • Execute pre-employment and compliance checks in adherence to company policies and legal frameworks.
  • Uphold a professional and comprehensive recruitment service for both candidates and clients at all times.
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant employment legislation and industry codes of practice.
