Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Retention Advisor to join their business based out of their Sidcup Dealership. 

As a Retention Advisor you will make outbound calls & emails to our clients customers who are nearing the end of their finance deal, you will be engaging with them to discuss what vehicle would suit their needs moving forward. The main aim of the call is to get them booked in to see a Sales Executive at one of our retail centres, where they can discuss the vehicles in more detail and take them on a test drive.

This role would be ideal for anyone with an interest in the Automotive industry, or an experienced Sales/Customer Service Advisor looking to increase their OTE. Our client is happy to train but wants people who are driven and tenacious. It offers a great basic and fully uncapped commission!

About The Role:
Communicate with the customer in a variety of chosen methods
Give them all relevant information around our client’s current vehicles and offers
Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their requirements and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives or alternative experiences such as virtual tours etc
Working with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide continuous improvement and a seamless service to all our customers
Deliver great customer service at all times
About You:
Superb communication skills
Excellent levels of customer service
Computer literate
Have experience in Sales/Customer Service over the phone (ideal)
Precise planning and organisational skills
Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
Be polite, friendly and persuasive
Have excellent rapport building skills
