Job Description

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high quality products, solutions, and services, and will be engaged with not only our Sales, Tech, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Dahua's current UK account portfolio and coordinate with HQ in dealing with customer requests regarding order processing/sales activities;
  • Liaise with Head of Sales Department to determine the range of video surveillance equipment to be introduced into the local market and contribute to the development of sales strategies;
  • Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyse customers' reactions to all aspects of the product, price, post-sales service, etc;
  • Analyse sales figures, and assist the marketing department;
  • Maintain a long-term relationship with existing channel customers and recruit additional channel partners;
  • Drive target setting process, strategy formulation and action planning across programs, operations and key support functions to achieve the partner objectives;
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports. Provide management with feedback based on requirements of current and future Dahua products and solutions.;
  • Assist in the overall growth of the Dahua brand within the UK and Ireland market.


Key Attributes:

  • Prior experience in a sales role or account manager role will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience with distributors will be advantageous.
  • Good customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Good at handling pressures.
  • The ability to learn new technologies fast.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Initiative, honesty and integrity.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of MS office applications and CRM/Salesforce systems.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Full clean driver’s license.
