💰 Salary: £24,750 + uncapped commission (yes, really!)

We're on the hunt for a confident, chatty, and driven Outbound Customer Sales Advisor to join our energetic crew. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, introducing people to something that could genuinely improve their lives. No scripts, no robots-just real conversations and real rewards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Dialling up potential customers and sparking great conversations
  • Listening to what people need and matching them with the perfect package
  • Handling objections like a pro and closing deals with confidence
  • Smashing your targets (and celebrating when you do!)
  • Keeping track of leads and follow-ups like a sales ninja
