About the Role:

Nter Talent is proud to support our client, a leading multinational company operating across 19 countries on five continents, in their search for a Sales Advisor to join their Telematics team in Crewe. Our client specializes in delivering top-tier business services, with a strong focus on the logistics industry. As a Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the upselling of their services, helping clients enhance their operations and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with existing clients within the logistics sector upselling products, so no cold calling is required.
Provide tailored recommendations and upsell business services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a prospecting or outbound sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of accountability.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales techniques and strategies What’s On Offer:

Competitive base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year with an OTE of £47,000
